Question: Several of the facilities where I have fished, although portrayed as exclusive, were not. I did not enjoy the crowds, raucous bar or public dining room. I am seeking a very private setting for my trip. How is Black Island Resort any different then the other lodges I have visited?
Answer: By the very nature of their marketing all high quality resorts will give you the feeling they are "exclusive". Black Island Resort is among the very few resorts concerned enough with your privacy that we are located six miles from shore and we are not open to the general public. We truly are a private retreat catering exclusively to our limited number of guests.
